Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to activate within the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery windows, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, or local holidays. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with your household members, neighbors, and your local postal carrier. If the package remains missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number to initiate an investigation. We will assist you in this process.

Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed customs duties will be refunded for the product cost only. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
