Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale items, discounted merchandise, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please visit our online Returns Center. You will need your original order number and email address. Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid return label if applicable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date the package arrives at our facility. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.

Approved Refunds
For eligible returns that pass inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval. The timing depends on your financial institution’s processing policies.

Non-Refundable Items
Aside from final sale merchandise, the following items are not eligible for refunds: items without original tags, items showing signs of wear or alteration, items damaged due to customer handling, and items not returned in their original packaging.

Late or Missing Returns
We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. Refunds are only processed for returns that are successfully received at our facility.

Exceptions
